Is it possible for you to get an air fuel ratio, and post it up, because im VERY concerned you are running lean and will do irreperable (sp?) damage to the motor.
Some of the air meters look the same but work differently.
IE. some vary the resistance up and some go down as the flapper opens.
Its easy to test this but you need to make sure it is the same as your stock one.

I would pull your plugs to see if you're leaning out.

if im not mistaken the flapper door kicks out a reducing voltage as the cfm increases on the camry vafm. The 3vze's is normal and does the opposite..........
you should definately check to see if you are leaning out

also if it is giving a reverse signal the little difference the 02 will make is insignifigant compared to the huge difference it will make when the ECU is reading a signal that is way off what it should be.

ok if it goes backwards like voltage sweaps from other then stock then how would the truck run at idle? or even at wot? so i think that he is running fine but y\ehy its better to know now then later with a new motor and a flat back pocket

if the voltage is backwards it really shouldnt run at all or at the very least throw a code after the ecm starts ignoring the vafm's output. But hey I could be wrong about the vafm.

I know that as a fellow 3.0 owner I would love to have a cheap way to have her breathe more with minimal modification. Plus they run a little rich anyway.

ah yes a lil more air and she might get confused lol. to fix that is easy up the fuel pressure a lil to over come it or just a lil bigger injectors maybe but then again more fuel and air means more money at the pumps but i think i can over come that as my rig now runns really rich but yet again its just a 22re

If everybody is worried about the engine running lean with the new AFM and possible different eletronics in it, then you could swap the electronics from the old AFM into the new one and it will work just like stock.

instead, you would need to adjust the camry AFM.
