What continent are you on? 4 Door Hilux trucks were never sold in North America, so are uber rare. I've only seen 2 (one 85ish w/ solid front axle), and an 89 that was for same in town.
If you arn't in either Europe, or Aussy land, you're going to have to go through an importer, and do some homework about what can and can't be imported.

This appears to be a 1986 Hilux.

Do we? Like I said above, I've only seen a very very few. one or two for sale over the years, and I saw one last week. They were never offered as an option, even in Canada.
Canada has an import law saying that if it's older than 15 years, you cut a whole lot of red tape. Because of the age restriction, there are quite a few importers starting to bring them in.

Also, I'm noticing that most Quad cabs are right hand drive, It's probably just easier to import them to Canada than to the US. damn EPA and government emissions rules.

THose are really expensive, the only reason i would get one is for the turbo diesel but id most likely just pickup a double cab taco for way cheaper after shipping and what not.
