I just installed some ball joint spacers and need to crank down my T-bars. I have one side exactly where I want it but the other side is loosened to the point that I have no threads left for the lock nut on top and I still need to crank it down more to get it to equal the other side. any one else have this prob???? I have bounced the truck and driven some rougher roads trying to get the bars to settle

That doesn't sound good. Do the upper and lower control arms move freely?

every thing seems Ok i have a better ride after the BJ spacers and new OME shocks, steers strait, no strange noises ???????

you're not bottomed out on the droop stop, nothing interfering with the a-arm?

No not bottomed out in fact I need to shimm my upper stop yet

Torsion bars are about a year old hardware was new then too

Any one ever use a different nut on that adjusting bolt?? I have the old style with the 1 1/2 in thick brass nut with a lock nut on top of that. If I use a shorter nut I can make things work.

So these bars are newish? Did you put them in?
Any chance they're backwards (left bar on right, etc)?
It sounds like that one bar isn't indexed right.
