its an 85 front axle. i think its 24mm, 27mm seems too big.

im doing these tests on my street. but it feels different. feels like my ring and pinion are sticking.

Drive on pavement in 4WD and things will bind up, unless you drive dead straight and all 4 tires are exactly the same diameter/air pressure. Try your test on a dirt or gravel road and see if anything changes.

ill try to find some dirt to drive it on here in san jose.... but until is it still bad to drive in 2wd, with the axle like this? like if it doesnt have fluid?

well theres plenty of fluid and its clean. so i dont know...
