Have a 89 pickup 4wd with a 4-5 inch rcx suspension lift I have a few questions
1. There's a few clunks and squeaking sounds I hear when going over a lot of bumps I've looked at it I've had several mechanics look at it and it passed state inspection with flying colors and everyone says nothing's wrong with it

2. The rear of the truck is lifted with blocks but my leaf springs sag about 2 inch difference than the front will add a leafs fit with the blocks there and fix the problem for a little while anyway?

3. The rear of my truck leans to the passenger side about a inch is there anyway to fix that?

the factory srping steel in these was basically poor quality. sag is inheirent. the passenger side takes a bit more load every time you put it under power... check over your sway bar and a-arm bushings and make sure it's well greased. the tortion bars not rubbing? rubber good?

Someone told me I needed to tighten my torsion bars because they do that if they aren't turned up but I don't want it to raise the truck any farther from level with the rear

How many miles on rig? Clunk could be many things, inspect all moving parts. I'd guess sway bar bushings or control arm bushings more likely - my truck needs control arm bushings and sometimes makes a clunk when going over bumps or stopping hard. Not a quick fix unfortunately.

Stock leafs are notorious for sagging over time and since gas tank is on passenger side it's likely helped wear it out more. Add a leaf may help but a new leaf set is the "proper" fix. If you get new lift leafs you can ditch the blocks too.

Curious- What's the height of your truck on all 4 corners? My truck has a 2" ome lift and I sit at 22.5" on all corners (center of axle to bottom of fender) with 33x12.5s.

I will check on the height for you when I get home but I figured out the noise in the front is the pitman arm I can move it back and forth with my hand is there any way to tighten this? Or do I need to replace it

333xxx miles on the truck itself 22xxx on the motor

it might be too worn out to tighten up. have you had it in for the recall on the front end parts? they replaced all my tie-rods and such..... which is good because i was getting ready to do just that myself when i got the letter, lol. not sure if they are the same parts with the lift, though.....

My height is 28 in the front
27 on the drivers side rear
25 on the passenger side rear
