yis sir she has a handshaker. im gonna do this hopefully monday. also my steering makes a noise when i turn now. the noise liek when your wearing shorts and riding in a car with leather seats on a hot day and you kinda scoot over a littel and it makes a rubbing noise. im thinking its just from where the bodylift caused it to use up the slack in the steering. cuz the steering feels no different, jsut makes noise

Did you get a firewall plate that the steering colum runs through?

My kit came with one with an offset hole to accomidate the shaft at the new angle.

lol...shaft

Pop the hood on your truck. Now look from the inside of the cab where your steering shaft goes through the firewall above the brake pedal. You will see daylight and the squeaking will get worse unless you spray some lube on it or correct the offset.
Jay,Drew and the Rabbit gave you some solid advice on the shifter problem. Use some tin snips on it .
Oh yeah props to your dad for giving you a hand with that.

Thats exactly what I was talking about. I was referring to the bracket that bolts to the firewall of the cab, that the steering colum passes through.

My Kit came with a plate that we had to put in, it had an offset hole for the shaft (lower then the old) to accomidate the new angle of the shaft.

Yours is probibly rubbing on the metal/rubber boot. I don't have any rubber there anymore though, its all ducttape

Thanks Tragic!
