Need some Help Please! Needing to rebuild my 4runner 22re

Well, i found out today my 88 4runner has a rod knock and bad head gasket. I am a novice when it comes to engines some what. I have heard engnbldr.com has great parts, but what ones should i get from him specifically? i was wanting to do toyota parts when rebuiling this 22re. looking for help on part suppliers with good parts to use to rebuild this engine. any help i can get i would appreciate as i am meeting with a company to discuss rebuilding it tomorrow. i need to get this rebuilt by winter as it's my snow driver.

so the two place i know of are

engnbldr.com

So your going to have it done is that right? They might not warranty the work if you don't use there parts. As for me I went with amazon parts.

I would just get a rebuilt one for $1000 it's got a 2 year warranty and you don't have to go without it as long.

You should just be able to get a rebuild kit but, it should come with Pistons, rings, rods, bearings, cam, crank... Ect. And I'm sure you know to have it bored or if your going to use the old crank to have it ground.

But if you want the number to my motor guy let me know.
