did you pull both brakes at the same time?? if you've never done it before, you should really do them one at a time so you have a reference point.

OK all ya'll help me very much and i thank yall but now tat i did that i bleeded out the sytem and the break pedal dint have no presure so i finaly figure out that they gave me a driver side caliper on the passenger side could this be the problem?

dont have it but anyways i took it back went and got the right side now but as i was puting it on the hose broke coming from the caliper, and no one seems to have it so i had to go to dealership and order it they say its going to be here by tomorow. lol yotas are a pain in the ass im thinking of geting a yaris what yall think?
