okay, soooo...
CHAPTER 3:
alright, so in speaking with the kid, and his mom, and in doing my own research, ive found out that IF i were to take this kid to small claims court, he would only have to pay the lowest estimate that i had gotten, which is $969... He calls me and tells me, on wensday, that he can have a 970 cashiers check by saturday... so, i went today to meet him, and he gave me 970 cash! not as much as i was hoping for, but still covers everything...
actually, it went really well, i met him at noon today, and he counted out the cash on the hood of my truck, then shook my hand and apologized... i said something to the effect of "im sorry that it had to go down this way" but he just responded by saying that it was all his fault and he shouldnt have been down there shooting at cars...
bada-bing bada-boom, deal is done... all over now...
before, i had promised him that if he had the money, then i would not press charges, and im sticking to that... i already called the sheriff and informed him that i was not going to press charges... but they are going to on behalf of the 2 other complaints that night!!! w00t!! so hes getting whats coming to him... and i got my money out of court, and in a timely manner...
when i told my friend chuck, he summed it up best... "Damn, it went down that easy? There must be hope left for this world after all."
thanks for all the advice and help guys, as ive said before yotatech rocks...
THE END!!

I'm glad for three things here.
1) No one was actually shot during this episode.
2) You got the money to fix your rig and the kid "manned up" to the crime.
3) He's still getting what he deseves from the law.
Man if I had done that my grandfather would have beat me to death and then sent my corpse to jail.

That's great man!
see, I'm usually a very easy going person, and it's hard to get on my bad side, but let someone mess with my truck and see what happens...
I'd have to open one of these baby's...

I had something similar happen at school. Had a guy bust out my tail lights. School wouldn't do anything about it, neither did the SRO. So I removed the valve stems out of his tires and replaced them after all four tires were flat. After about a week and a half he gave me cash for new tail lights. Not once has my truck been touched since then. I like to find constructive, yet harmless ways of driving people crazy. I won't charge yall for that one.

so, tonight i bought a bottle of clear acrylic nail polish...
$2.99
hehe... so that leaves $493 to spend on goodies... and the other 493 on bills...
im thinking aisin hubs, new shocks, new fuel filter, oil change, ISR, and maybe if any money is left over, BJs... or new coils...
