I need torque specs for 3vze fan bracket

I need to no how much to torque the hydraulic tensioner to the fan bracket. I can't find it in the book I have.

For the 3VZ-E I'm seeing:

Torque: 41 N–m (420 kgf–cm, 30 ft–lbf)

This is taken from a '93 FSM.
