Instead of attaching the photos, try inserting them into the message. That's a lot of pictures for people to have to click on, in order to help you.

You would probably be better off using a factory service manual (FSM) to determine what you need. You are the best person to determine what you need, since none of us are actually there.

Good luck and welcome to YT.

You need a professional Toyota mechanic.

Just get a used junk yard engine. It will be cheaper in the long run rather then buying individual parts.

OMG dewd! Rusty valve-train!

you better get you a donor vehicle from a junk yard I wouln't run ANY of that top-end

that thing looks like it's been sitting in a junkyard itself, and random parts (more spefically the upper intake and valve cover) have been robber from it...

I don't see a wiring harness. When you replace the engine try to get one that includes the harness so they are compatible. You have quite a project on your hands.

I would have to agree with some of the others and suggest finding a donor vehicle. Even the timing chain sprocket is broken. There could be a lot of internal engine damage. Where are you at? I have a lot of parts and a good short block etc.

Well you certainly have enough pine needles... don't need to order any more of those.
