Talking How much hack will this take? IFS & 37's

Just picked these up. 37x12.50x16. TSL SSRs
I cant wait for the SAS to put them on.
So were gonna do a little experiment to see how much sawzalling it will take to make these fit on my truck.

Any chance that you could post a few photos of some damage to the truck, just so the thread doesn't get overrun with posts about you destroying it? It looks really nice the way it sits.

I'm interested. Should be a fun project.

Awww. No! That's a nice rig. You will hate yourself if you cut it up because of impatience!

Oh it doesnt look that clean anymore.
That was when I first lifted it and put the 32s on.
Since then its gotten lockers, gears, and serious rock and tree rash.
Its due for a fresh rattle can job as soon as the weather warms up.

That 1st gen is way too nice to be chopping up! Good things come with patience.I waited 6 months when shopping for tires and i ended up getting my 4 NEW Goodyear muds for under $300. Patience worked for me. It can work for You!

As we've already discussed Wabbit, SAS is comin, but not soon enough.
I'm planing on cutting fenders and tubbing the firewall post-SAS anyway, I want a low center of gravity. Low as I can get it with full flex on those 37s. I dont like bein tippy.
So I figured why not cut it now? It actually doesnt look like it will take much.
We'll see what happens when I mount em. If its insane, then I'll wait.

ALSO

The truck is getting a new coat of rattle can once the weather turns nicer.
Fenders are about $10 a piece and plentiful at the local Pull-N-Pray
Worst case, I get new ones before I paint it.

I dont have CVs. Thats half the reason I did it.
The front drivetrain is all gone, no diff CVs or driveshaft.
I'm getting ready to SAS, didnt want parts just sittin so I put my 5.29s in the rear, ditched the front, and threw the 37s on.
I'm cutting right now. Its minimal, half of you wont even notice it.

He's temporarily 2wd while getting ready for SAS.

Rusche; how did you plug the hole left in spindle from when you took out the CVs? Gotta plug it somehow or else dust and water gets in the wheel bearings.
