Welcome, maybe one of the 3rd gen guys will post up. Helps if your a bit more descriptive in title and post in correct generation room.

And introducing yourself in introductions is nice too.

Good luck

This is gonna sound stupid but i have seen this happen. Did you put the front driveshaft back in?

There is a thread somewhere about how to correctly convert ADD to manual hubs
you may have screwed up the conversion or your hubs are bad

Did it work before?

You have ADD (Automatic Differential Disconnect), so if for some reason you want "manual" hubs you still have to get the differential to engage when you shift to 4wd.

Do it the easy way; start the truck, shift to 4wd, make sure the light comes on, then turn it off. Jack up the front end, and spin each wheel. Does the half-shaft turn? If not, you didn't install the hubs correctly. Does the front drive shaft turn (you'll need to hold the opposite wheel from turning)? If not, the differential is still disengaged.

After full carb rebuild on ’85 22R Carb; with engine off, my ‘85 Carb float reservoir leaks fuel into intake manifold. Does this seem like jet needle not seating or perhaps leaky power valve?
