Are you trying to post a pic from photobucket or a thread link? If your trying to do a pic from your photobucket go to the pic you want and hover over it and menu will pop up then go to the bottom "IMG code" and when the arrow turns into a hand click on it and it'll say "copied" and then go to your writing of a post for any thread on Yotatech and click "paste" and waa laa it's done, easy peasy :}

It's better to show pics with descriptions! It really does help.

No screws on the back side of the emblem, on the back side of the grille?

I dont know whats going on but that doesnt look right. Is that an older style grill? The one with two vertical bars instead of just one down the middle. Maybe the older ones were like that.

I went and looked at a close up of my old 84 grille and it's an SR-5 truck and have the chrome grille, but it's like your black one and the TOYOTA is a stick on emblem, you want a pic? it'll take me not very long to post it! Carefully peel off the old TOYOTA on the chrome grille, raise a portion up and take a exacto knife and cut adhesive while continuing to lift it off so not to bend it and strip off as much as old adhesive if it's on thick with same exacto knife, go get some 3M outdoor gray color double sided foam tape at wally world if you have one (best price for a roll) don't use the indoor white kind and put some on the back covering the entire back, if emblem is wider than the foam tape put it on the edge of the emblem across the width and then fill the rest with the foam tape and take an exacto knife and trim the excess off, do it that way so dirt and bugs and water don't set there over time getting behind the emblem and will make the adhesive fail really fast, I hope I explained it right :} Good Luck :} Or go to dealer and get a new one if there available, your choice...Good Luck and have fun!!!!

Ps. Is that a new black grille or a great condition used one, looks sweet!!!! Can't wait till you get it all put together :}

I believe the chrome was an option, like a buddy of mine bought a new Chevrolet and got it about as basic as it gets but he bought the chrome package. My '88 Toyota is pretty basic but I got chrome grille and parking lights and both bumpers and door handles and the trim above the door, and speaking of that do they make chrome tailgate handles?

Sweet man you've had alot of trucks huh.
I dunno why I prefer the black look over the chrome. Mine is an sr5 with bucket seats and a center console. Is the console different on sr5s and the bucket seats different than a normal pickup? I know the gauges are cooler looking on the sr5s.

Hey thanks man. I'll try to use my old one I don't think they sell new ones anyway.
I got the black one on eBay for like 20 bucks I think! It's nice! The only thing I need to buy is the chrome
Part that goes around the headlights. I guess I could paint that black but I think it would peel off and look horrible after a few months or weeks!
Yeah a pic would be awesome man thanks! You're so helpful!!

Only pics I have are like yours, just the emblem still on, sold truck years ago, I really miss those SR-5 seats, had no rips or tears, just sun faded, truck sat for like 5 years, it was sad to see it every day just rusting away till I bought it and saved it, then had to sell it :{

I'm hoping you can re-use the old one, Good Luck and Have Fun :}
