Direct-fit Denso O2 sensor if not replaced in last 80-90k miles or so. rockauto.com, sparkplugs.com or amazon.com for best prices.
The cat, if original, may also be worn out. Direct-fit Magnaflow are fairly good and cheap. Get part # here and then search ebay:

An injector or two may be leaking, including possibly the cold start. witchhunter.com best bet for those.
