chugging at 1500-2000 RPMS???
hello.
i just bought my first toyota last thursday (91 pickup v6 3.0 3vze), and the tps was bad on it so i replaced it.
now if my truck is in 1st gear or neutral and i rev it up to only around 1500 rpms, the rps drop drastically and then come back up and drop down again. it's kinda like a chugging motion.
but it only does this if i try to keep it at the 1500-2000 rpm range. when i'm normally driving and on the gas, it does just fine.
also, it doesn't do this when my tps is disconnected.
could it be that the brand new tps is bad?
