ya i am starting to think that it is easier to deal with someon that only makes toyota stuff and gonan know whats up and not have any problems. Plus i still dont know if i liek that tri y design it just seems to me that a header is suposed to have very close to the same length primary tubes so presure is equal and i dont think that design has that. Anyway i am goign to call lce tomarrow and get my stuff and then summit racing fro a original 40 series mabey a catco cat still thinkign on that one and the napa i gan 4ft of 2.25 for 23 bucks!

Get Ceramic.
Pacesetter sucks.. I haven't seen their ceramic stuff, it could be OK - but be prepared for some fit issues, unless you have talked to someone who says X model drops into Y vehicle well.

Yeah, stay away from Pacesetter unless you feel like spending 2-3hrs on a 30 mnt job.I ordered a set, and what was supposed to be a bolt-on fit-got the motor in, rolled the truck out at 1-2 o'clock,FINALLY got the headers torq'd @ 6:00.
But once I got em on, hadn't had a problem since then, but I still wish I had went with a LC kt. One thing though, if your truck has the o2 sensor down at the cat,the pacesetter set DOSN'T have a cap to cover the older o2 hole in the headers.
Just my $0.02

Wow. Thats weird you guys are having problems with Pace Setter headers, mine bolted right in. After the manifold was out, it maybe took 10 minutes. We did have to grind the emissions house block plate down to fit on the top, but that was simple on a bench grinder. The only thing that sucked was the O2 was down on the mid pipe so now I have to solder in some wire extension tomorrow.

Also, if you're going to see alot of mud, the LCE header and exhaust is stainless steel which lasts a hell of alot longer then standard exhaust. That was my main selling point when I purchased LCE's full exhaust. Also the cat they sell has matching flanges and is 2.25 in. so their FULL exhaust is completely BOLT IN. The only thing I recommend is to weld the exhaust where u-clamps are supplied. Their exhaust is thick and is hard to compress properly to seal or hold. I ran over my exhaust Fri. when the exhaust clamp didn't hold. Luckily they make their exhaust very well and it sustained no damage except a few dings. Good luck.
