90 4runner high idle cold and hot....

So my 4runner is idling at 1200 rpm when cold and shoots up to 2000 rpm when warmed up.
Replaced intake boot it was cracked and checked the other tube on intake all look good. Also.the idle screw on the TB is screwed all the way in. Drives great just really high idle.
Can you point me towards some things to look at please.

Turn down the idle for starters. The car should only idle around 1000 - 1200 cold and 500 - 800 warm.

If I could turn down the idle.I wouldn't have posted this the idle screw is all the way in.......it does nothing but make the idle higher if I back it out.....

You did not state that the idle screw was malfunctioning in your first post. I would have a mechanic who works on Toyota's check it out as to my knowledge there is not another way to reduce it.

If the idle.screw is a circuit around the butterfly in the tb. I'm thinking the butterfly is not closing completely some have had that problem on here. I'm going to see if that is what is happening tonight. If the butterfly is closed no air should be going through it to raise the idle speed.

What motor?

if a 22re try looking here.
Idle air control valve is either stuck, coolant line blocked, or air in the IAV. Its located un the TB.

Took apart the intake TPS is working properly according to the testing procedure. Found broken hose on the egr solenoid. Fixed that and now the idle is around 1200 rpm hot or cold. I pulled the breather hose off the valve cover going to the intake and the idle dropped to 800 rpm. The idle screw is still turned all the way in, if I back it out idle goes up.
Anyone have any ideas? Sprayed some starting fluid to look for intake leaks and found nothing.
Drove it around the block when I pulled into the driveway the idle started to lurch up and down from 800 to 1200 and back again maybe 4 times and then settled at 1200.
