i have an '88 22re runnin rich and wont rev high after the throttle has been opened wide open put in new bosch plugs and it helped alittle bit but still bad i just rebuilt the engine need help.

How did you determine it was running rich? Could also be your AFM, timing is off, vacume leak etc. etc...
