87 vs 89 parking brake

Hey guys.

For those of you who don't know. Recently rolled my 87 22re mt, and in the process of swapping over a cab from an 89 v6 at. I already have made the holes for both the clutch master cylinder, and the transmission tunnel.

Today I noticed an extra whole in the floor of the 89 body right next to accelerator pedal, and that the 89 was missing a hole that my 87 used for the parking brake cable to pass through. My question is...is this extra hole for a new style parking brake setup that they used in 89? If so I imagine I will probably need to get a setup from another 89...but would i need to replace the cable as well?

Thanks, Ill try to post a few pics in a while.

Wes
