Can someone with a stock 4wd truck measure up to the center of the wheel wells for me please. Im trying to determine how much lift I have from the springs that came in my truck aftermarket. I think they're skyjacker 4" leaf springs but I am not sure. The front of the truck from the ground to the center of the wheel well is 35.25" and in the rear its 37.5". The truck also had what I thought were 2" lift shackles as well. I replaced them with stock ones and it seemed to drop the truck a lot more than just 2". Thanks in advance.

There is no "center" of the wheel well. But if you want to know if you're at stock height in the rear there's a way you're supposed to measure that. It's from the center of the front leaf spring bushing to the ground. And it varies depending on the EXACT model you have, and what size tires are on it(225/75R15 or 31x10.5 R15 LT). It ranges from ~16.3" to ~17.9".

Ok, I appreciate your response. What I meant was measuring from the ground up to the center of the wheel arch. Eye-balled. I have a stock 93 sr5 w 31" tires on stock 15" rims. The only thing not stock are the leaf packs. Does not have to be an exact number, just wanted a round-a-bout number to give me a generalized idea of what lift I am experiencing. I will try your idea as well. Thanks again.

Just measured from the center of the front leaf spring bushing to the ground and it was 19". Is there some mathematical equation to do to determine the lift or is that an actual number. So I have somewhere from 3.7" - 1.1" of lift from my 4" (lift) leaf spring packs?

Don't know if this will help I have a 94 SR5 truck with 31s and it measures approx. 32 inches from the ground to the center of the wheel well above the tire in front

The 31s will put you at 17.5"+. So more like 1.1" lift. But I'd need to know your exact model to look the exact number up for you.

Once you know that you could also locate/download a copy of the ubiquitous 93 Pickup FSM and find the exact number for yourself under Service Specifications > Suspension and Axle. Since these things are no big secret.
