Leaky Injector?
I just wanted a second opinion on this. I have an 85 4runner with a 22re and I think the injector is leaky on cyl. 4. All the plugs are nice and brown except cyl. 4 which looks like its running full rich. When I'm driving it, it's real doggy until around 3k rpms, then its got plenty of power. It also takes a second to start like the pressure in the fuel line is bleeding off. I'm pretty sure the injector is leaky but I just wanted a second opinion.

sounds like it.
Take the rail off the head, with the injectors still on it. Then grab either 4 jars, or a large container to stick the whole rail into. Turn on the fuel pump by pushing the flap in the AFM open while the key is in the "on" position, and see if you're getting anything leaking out of that injector.
If it is leaking, you can try to clean them yourself, or get a shop to do it. My favorite cheap way to clean them is to fill a small water bottle with a bit of paint thinner, then seal the injector into the top, backwards. Squeeze the bottle to build up some perssure, then use a 9V battery, and some alligator clips to cycle the injector open and closed. Helps remove any varnish built up within the injector, and back-flush it out the top.

Are the 3.slow and 22re injectors the same? If so I have 6 in a truck at work that was totaled. I don't think they have a lot of miles on them so if their the same ill probably swap out all 4.
