Make sure to replace the inner seal, i would recommend using the one marlin sells, its a better design than the stock seal.

I just did this on my 85 4Runner. I just used the kits from Toyota. Have a bucket of gas sitting there to drop your parts in and clean the gunk off of. I didn't replace the inner seal, but I have never had one leak, and I have an 85 truck I have had since 1988. It is time consuming, but clean everything thoroughly.

You might want to replace the plug in each knuckle with a grease fitting so you can just pump grease into the knuckle in the future. I have replace them on both of my trucks.

second on the inner seal, definitely replace, I was able to install it using a small circle of wood (I forget the diameter, but it was a standard hole drill bit) threaded through with a long bolt. Cheaper than a shop tool.
