85 22re motorhome LSPV brake question
Hi I adjusted the rod on the LSPV to allow the fronts to lock up before the rears. I felt locking up the rears was more dangerous. I was driving lately and slid on a wet patch making a left turn. Scared the opposing traffic. So I will readjust to make the brakes more even. I was also thinking to put on softer rubber tires for a better grip or studded.
Has anyone dealt with the LSPV adjustment and/or found softer rubber tires that can handle the weight >5000lbs?

I haven't done it on a motorhome but I run my truck with the arm locked all the way up (what would be a heavy load). You have a lot more control if the rears lock vs. the front.
