Now a days, most people are building rear leaf packs for the front (RUF) and having good results, or good quality aftermarket springs. I can remember about 15 years ago or so when alot of people were using stock Wrangler and Rubicon Express 2" over Wrangler springs with really good results.

I remember one friend of mine who did it, and I recall it having a nice ride on the road and flexing good as well.

They are ok. I'm not too good at build threads - a) because I never remember to take pictures, and b) because I usually live two hours away from my projects which means things move veeeerrryy slowlyy.

Most of the stock length replacement lift springs I have seen look like they are too short and leave you with a straight shackle angle. My ride now is pretty bouncy which is fine - it's a tiny pickup truck - but if I can avoid making it bouncier that would be wonderful.

RUFs is another option however I'm not sure I want to move the axle forward and make all the other modifications. This truck is super nice (by east coast standards) and I paid very little which means I could sell it for a nice profit, however once I start modifying things my resale market shrinks. DECISIONS.

The reasons above are what was leading me to investigate wrangler springs - low/no lift, no steering mods, better ride, better flex.

I know how much everyone likes pictures....
