generally the 4x4 wheel pattern will be 6 lug, 6 x5.5 however you may run into some issues with the backspacings which could affect the brake clearance.
the wheels off my '05 Tacoma would not clear on my '81 due to offset...
2WD's were 5 bolt (edit: with the exception of taco pre-runners-also 6 bolt)

Also one thing to keep in mind is the 4runner and pickups/tacomas had a very large center hole in the rims. Larger than most any other stock rim. For example, the rims off my tacoma will fit my buddies chevy, but his rims will not fit the front of mine. Not sure if the FJ's had small or large holes, but just something to keep in mind
