HAHA. i got this "as is" for less than $800 including crossmember and hardware. My previous post was supposed to say "...NOT shelling out $2,000...". That was my mistake.

I found a guy out of Portland who builds his own triple stick. Brass bushings and all. For half the price i will get that i think, plus he has a shop that he can actually do the work in. So he can install the whole thing aside from the driveline work that needs to be done.

DropZone, I am not sure what you mean by this statement "didn't even think about Foward shift, yet they need to be top shift"

Update: These cases have been sitting around for a long time as i collect the parts. but i think i'm not too far off.

I need to convert the forward shifting (front of the dual case) to a top shift, and find a new W56 as mine is getting sloppy and loose. Then i will need to get a RAD triple stick, and finally have the driveshafts re-done.

How difficult will it be to convert the forward shift case to top shift? It seems to be straight forward when its a single case, is there any difference when its already mounted together?

@Dropzone, no i didn't spend $2000. it was supposed to be a "NOT" instead of a "NOW". I got a pretty good deal as far as the cases and crawl box goes. I would say I'm still under $1000 on the project and i have both cases, crawl box, crossmember, mounts, and 2 front and 2 rear donor driveshafts.

If i remove the snap rings on the Transmission side (front case) and undo the bolts, the reduction housing should come right off and the gears should stay in place while i simply swap out the shift rod and fork?
