southeast for sale 3.0 with a340 1990
3.0 engine and transmission for sale. In am in lyman SC if you want to hear it run. Engine runs real good start real good. Transmission is giving speed sensor 2 code don't remember the number but is working good. Pulling this weekend. $ 700 For Both.
The Truck has 249,000 miles on it but the motor has been into for sure but nobody knows what was done. If you pick it up soon I will leave the new timing belt and water pump on it. If nobody gets it soon I will take the pump and belt and install it on the newer engine. The only reason I am swapping out the engine and tranny is because I found a 91 3.0 that has less then 100,000 miles on it.
My Son is in the army and says send it to me Dad in Southern Cali and I just want to make it run the best I can and because dad is not flying out there if it brakes and crap I will have to have a converter now.
$ 700 and you can drive it before I pull it.

How much did you end up getting out of it? I have a 3.0 with only 187k (comparatively) and need to get rid of it. It's fresh with a new tune up with all OEM parts... I realize I am a super noob, just looking for some guidance. What do you think for a good asking price?
