Price on this computer?

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...product=426501

Any suggestions as to what a fair price for this system would be?
Upgraded RAM to 1GB, and upgraded video card: NVidia GEForce 7350.
Comes with cordless mouse and keyboard and a webcam.

Buying it off a friend, and we can't decide on a price. He's thinking $500CDN?

I already told him no deal.
He wouldn't budge on the price, even though I was showing him brand new systems with the same specs for the same price.

Dont buy it..save up some money and buy\build yourself a newer better machine when you have the extra cash.

DONT go and buy a new ☺☺☺☺box. they are ☺☺☺☺boxes. period. They will die shortly after the warranty expires.

Wait a few months till you have the cash and till vista doesnt blow hardcore like it does now.

You can build a decent up-to-date machine with $600. Just start saving.

I second that. Im saving now for my new parts...I figure by the time I have the money the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115017 will be a little cheaper! put that with 2 gigs of ram and a terrabyte worth of HDD space and Im set for games music and movies!
