from the looks of your truck you dont care anyways so just throw that thing in there and as long as it dont fall to the floor you should be good. try some plumber's tape, lol, seen that one a few times.

HAHA didnt think of plumbers tape..I was thinking about bolting a piece of Diamond Plating in there and just mounting it there...anyone know if thats possible?

anything is possible dude.
Ive seen the whole flat part on the dash replaced with diamond plate just to give a fresh place to start a new dash.
