Hey dudes,
I thought I would just say I got the new Pioneer Premier deh-470mp and this thing blows the sony I had in my truck for about a year out of the water. The sony was a higher end sony and I was never really impressed with the sound. In my past cars I have always had pioneer or alpine and I must say I am very impressed with the sound quality and the overall performance.

Just a quick side note. I am in the process of building a sub box/ back seat bench for two 10's. The box is built and fits perfectly. I had to take out the bench in the back and the fold down seats but.... the new set up will have seats and all and will be about 3 inches taller than the original seat height. I'll post pics as soon as I am done. I have been doing research for a while and finally came up with this design. Somewhat complicated but very cool and so far so good. My brother and I built the box today in about 3 hours and just have to finish hooking up the amp in the next few days.

I'd like to hear about it later down the road. I have always loved Pioneer and both my husband and I usually have always had them. Now years later we've had a few different pioneer and keep having problems with the cd's. I don't know if it's cause they are both taken offroad and bounced around or not. Both have been in the shops several times now to try and figure out why they just stop playing the cd's. Mine now will sometimes play the cd but doesn't like to spit it out. You have to use the leatherman to get it out. Other times I get an error code and it doesn't even play the cd.
