After market radio installation

I took my stock cd/tape radio out of my 98 4runner and need help with weiring the radio. Do i need an adapter for the wiring? and do i need to use the stock amp? there is a 4ch after market amp under the seat and only the right drivers side speaker worked when i had the stock one in the 4runner, so can anyone tell me how to wire all 4 speakers and the two tweeters up to my after market stereo and after market amp? thank you.

ADAM.

the front tweeters should already have a way to hook them up in the doors, and/or you should already have tweeters IN your doors. Put them in the stock locations so you don't have to hack anything up.

Btw if you bought a 2 way component speaker setup, it will come with a crossover which has one in, and two out (one for the tweeter, one for the woofer)
