Canvas Top

Hey, has anyone out their made their own canvas top os know anyone that makes one cheaper then the canback ones?

yes they do roll up and then if you want the whole thing calapses

and another way is my dad is working on building his on soft top for his 82 4x4 long bed and is using canvas and conduet pipe he even welded his own roof rack

yeah for sure I will but progress has been slow as he is busy lately and and he is trying to sell his boat to clear out the garage to get more space to work so til the boat is gone he is at a stopping point so if you know any one looking for a 14' aluminum boat with trailer and 2 engines let me know

thanks but it's not mine it's one of Toyota Austrailia/New Zealand's marketing slogans for the Hilux.

Or check this new company based out of Canada. I talked to the guy on the phone and he seemed pretty cool. He is a Toyota fan also. I think he is even on this site. His tops sell for $850 I think.

I took a look at that guy's website and the sheer number of fabric choices is amazing. If I read his site right any fabric pattern sunbrella offers is available. He links you to the sunbrella samples page and they have some really funky patterns/colours you may even be able to get an exact or near exact colour match to your truck. His prices seem really reasonable too for what you get.

i had mine made locally here in the uk as they are not avaiable over the counter and the truck is also bobbed. try a boat retrimmer as they make the canvas tops . the side and rear windows but are not totally removeble

monstertruckman that rig is sick as hell, looks evil all blacked out like that, almost makes me wish i would have kept my 1st gen. I would love to see some more pics of that beast( maybe some from the front)
