Cheers guys fillsrunner4 you are right it wont be quite that wide I overmeasured when putting them in place. Unfortunately no updates as yet I have received the longs and am getting stuffed around with the centre so cant go any further until that shows up. Have a bit more plating and stuff to do also. The new front bar will be similiar to the one that was on there but able to house a hi-mount. I am also seriously lookingat putting a mild exo on it at this stage.

Well this thing is still going, we have had a few setbacks. The spacers were misaligned and didnt fit so I have some new ones coming. The steering arms sent were for a left hand drive not right hand so I have some new ones coming for them also.

Made a start on the rear and am just waiting on my crossmember for the inverted shocks. Also waiting on the driveshafts to be lengthend. If all the parts arrive we should knock it over this weekend.

Just love that truck. Can't you boost the turbo PSI? Seems like there should be some easy ways to make more power with that engine. I know with my TDi Jetta all it took was a new program on the CPU and the thing became an animal.

Cheers guys
Well with a huge thanks to Dan, Buddy and Ryano the lux is done

I still have a few things to tidy up and clean up etc. I also stuffed up the rear driveshaft length but it is out of the shed and looking flaming insane. Anyway enough crap heres the pics.

Dan got here early so we finished off the final welds on the front and made a start on the rear.

From there bubs showed up with the spacers and we got the front done.

Standing on its own feet.

The rear inverted shocks

Standing height should lower a bit.

Absolutely stoked and it should only get better once the springs soften, it was nowhere near max flex either.

He's got a V8 (no turbo).

How this isn't the most talked about truck on Yotatech is beyond me. Incredible work and the sickest wheels I've ever seen. What are they? (Sorry if I missed it)

Cheers guys the rims are custom made 15x10 with 2" backspacing and 10mm reo bar reinforcing with mechanical beadlocks. The radiator is again a custom dual bypass alloy unit. I have heard from some I should gusset the knuckle and others not to bother. I check the truck after ever trip so for now will just keep an eye on it.
