In a month, I'll have had The Thirsty Beast for a year. It's my 2nd runner, the first was an '89, completely stock that i had to sell because of financial issues. I love my new ride. It's almost completely stock, with 32x11.50R15 off-brands from god-knows-where. It's got "Performance Products" style lift springs put in the rear and I cranked the T-bars a little to compensate (makes for about 2" lift) and a massive aftermarket front sway bar that I can't find Discos to fit.

--What's been done (as of 2/28/07):

-Factory Manual Hubs.
-Removed broken factory valance.
-Running-Board-ectomy.
-Vent-Visor-ectomy.
-Added a 2000 Sienna AM/FM/CD/Tape head unit.
-Moved turn signals up to corner light housings.
-Replaced terribly broken idler arm before I knew about the recall.

--Future plans include:

-Dave'z Offroad Performance front bumper (Ordered and patiently waiting)
-Dave'z Offroad Rear bumper (give it a couple months)
-SAS?
-3.4 and a 5-speed
-33x10.50 BFG Muds and steelies
-Sliders
-Doube T-cases

Updates!

I've been busy working on the beast over the last 9 months, which has been names "Mr. Wiggles" by a friend because of its lack of sway bars.

Got a Dave'z Offroad winch bumper, very nice.
