NOOB Questions ??

Hello from Noobville,
I have 2005 Toyota 4 runner With Old emu Kit /lift with 165/75/16BFg all terrains ...I ve never been to box canyon or coke ovens area ..Are these trails something the 4 runner can handle or ??? Any help advise is greatly appreciated .

Don't you mean 265/75/16's? I think those would be really small?

Ran it in a bone stock 2005 Nissan Xterra, didn't engage the locker once. Then from the Coke Ovens we ran down and through the river / up and over the railway line to get out of there.

I think a 4Runner with a lift can make it easy enough.

I ran it in my 4runner 100% stock, no damage what so ever. I didn't even have 265/75/16's yet. Go for it. Bring lots of water and go with another rig. Its hot as hell out there right now.

Well it appears the Coke Ovens are still accessible. One of the Xterra guys in my other club went there last weekend:

The coke ovens are private land and the owners have put up signs to ask people to stay out. Those signs have been stolen or torn down of course so the coke ovens are just "asked to be left alone."
Just don't drive up to them and go in anymore out of respect for the owners.
