Apology

Dear Mr. 96 Runner,
I apologize for your experience with PSE Superchargers. PSE strives to be the best in the industry both customer service and quality workmanship. At times when I see many calls holding, I want to try to help everyone and make my conversations as brief as possible. Seeing your concern has really enlightened me and I will strive to prevent this from happening again. We certaintly hope that you give us an opportunity to serve you at another time. PSE is gearing up to expand our TRD remanufacturing and performance modification division, including water to air intercooler conversions on some housings and the availability of the highly sought after Gen I FMU.
Again, please accept my apology.
Truly,
Ed Martinez, President

I just bought a "donor" rig with a supercharger. The supercharger has 90K (or so) miles on it, and is due for a rebuild. Basically, there are only 3 options for someone in my position; 1. Rebuild it myself. 2. Send it to Magnuson. 3. Send it to PSE Superchargers. I do not want to "mess" with the SC'r myself, so options 2 and 3 remain.

I called Magnuson first. After a slight delay (on HOLD), Dave, who specializes in Toyota superchargers, picked up. He answered my questions in a satisfactory manner. He was professional on the phone and recommended a full rebuild in my case. $675 for the full rebuild.

I then placed a call to PSE Superchargers, who I found by doing an internet search. I wanted more info, so I placed a call to their office. I was not impressed by their customer service, and the quoted price was $700, so I decided to take my business to Magnuson.
