Wiring IPF lights

Thanks to Rob's writeup at watrd and his generous email replies I finally got my ARB bumper on with the reinforced end caps. I have got my turn signals hooked up but now need to connect my IPF driving/fog combo lights. The directions say I have to connect into my highbeam wire but I don't know which of the three wires is the highbeam. Could anybody help me out?
Thanks.
