A Word on the Screws

Here's what I did to remove the PITA hex screws holding the coverplate down:

Get a Dremel with a flat disk attached. Grab a beer and sit on the ground facing your hubs. Carefully cut a slot across the head of the screw. Now, you can probably just take a flathead screwdriver to it, but I figured I've only got one shot at this, so I used an impact driver. You know, the kind that you hit with a hammer. I put the flathead bit in it and give a few hits to each screw and vuala!
