Good luck getting ANYTHING from AOR.

They have been by far and away the worst company I've delt with for Toy products. They pre-charge your credit card, a bad plan in my book. Every other company I've delt with doesn't charge you until the products ship.

I actually had to do a charge reversal to get their attention after waiting 3 MONTHS for wheel spacers. Their customer service SUCKS- It was one excuse after another, delay after delay, and that's IF you can get them to answer the phone. They ignored e-mail after e-mail, and only responded after I had pretty much run out of time to do a charge reversal (you only have 90 days on most Credit Cards) After they were contacted by Visa, my wheel spacers were finally shipped-

I'll NEVER do business with them again- there are to many other companies out there that will give you good service for your money.
