line-x/herculiner tube bumpers?
Has anyone line-x'ed or herculiner or any of the other line-x like applications on tubular bumpers I have the all-pro front and rear and was wondering how well it went on tubes and how much abuse they can take b4 coming off. Line-X wants a couple hundred to do mine and dont want to pay that! Such thing as an aerosol type? I know they make spray on rubber undercoating what about bedliners?

I used herculiner on my stock (crome) bumpers, grill, 6" section under doors, fender flares, and door handles. I basically put it on everything that was crome and then some. I used two coats on it all. I really like it. It has held up great. I will be putting on another coat in the spring and then the UV coat over it. It will fade if you do not use the UV coat.
To boot, a guy ran a red light as I was crossing and I ended up hitting his back bumper at a 90 degree angle. It left a bit of his paint on my herculined bumper that I brushed off and his was way torn up. I hate it for him, but he should have been paying attention to the road.

I used herculiner on my tube doors and I like how they came out. I rolled it on.

Which would be better for the floorboard of a truck? I'm in the middle of purchasing a 83 pickup with holes in the floorboard and once I cover it, I want to re-texture it with something.
