I do not see why it could not be converted by a fab shop.

I could be mistaken but I believe your non-winch version has a thinner profile. here's a shot of the inside of that model bumper.

Yeah I have a feeling the non winch one might not be as strong since it would not require the support a winch-capable one would, but I could be wrong
