You should go over to Pirate4x4.com
Search there, not here, and ye shall find some incredibly valuable information concerning SAS and 63 leafs swaps. I know they have a whole article dedicated the the 63 inch leaf swap.

I've done a lot of searching on this, and people will get anywhere from 2-4" of lift depending on their shackle setup and how old the springs are.
If you are aiming to get 4", you might just want to get a chevy pack with the overload spring in it, as well as some shackles a little bit longer than stock. I have seen people using blocks with these as well, but, that is a whole 'nother debate.

I 2nd the Pirate suggestion. Go there, and click on the Toyota section. One of the stickys there is they're Toyota FAQ thread. Everything you probably need and more is in there.
(we should "PIRATE" that thread and sticky it here in the newby section.)

Blocks suck...here's why
Go with an add-a-leaf.
