ok so i think that this will be a swap I want to do in the rear although, a SAS is something that I see in the near future once the cash flow comes up a bit. And was wondering can I use chevies in the rear with AAL or blocks to level out the truck if I go with a 4" lift up front. Or should I save up my pennies and just buy a kit from marlin and do the whole thing at once(front and rear) I guess the one advantage I see from a chevy swap is I could use them in the rear with my toyota rears up front. My ulitimate goal is to do a affordable SAS, any feedback or suggestions would help out alot. Thanks Blaine

I've done a lot of searching on this, and people will get anywhere from 2-4" of lift depending on their shackle setup and how old the springs are.

If you are aiming to get 4", you might just want to get a chevy pack with the overload spring in it, as well as some shackles a little bit longer than stock.

I have seen people using blocks with these as well, but, that is a whole 'nother debate.
