As title states, Trying to decide Daystar vs Cornfed. Any pros or cons w/ either. It seems to me that the Cornfed would be a stiffer ride since they use metal spacers vs the poly spacers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Cornfed is the way to go... tried and true.
Don't know too much about Daystar.

I wouldn't be concerned about which is a harsher ride - I think if there's a difference it's going to be negligable. If the poly spacers were "softer" they probably wouldn't be providing that much of a lift.

i also have the Cornfed, my "only" complaint is that it did take some time it getting them, but they are SOLID, id pick them over any other spacers.

Daystar HAS TO BE used with the stock front shocks.

Cornbred loads the front coil making the ride stiffer.

Revtek is too high at 3", you'll kill CV boots.


Use the Tundra Coils. Best lift, BAR NONE.

I don't know about the 3rd gens but with stock coils, OME shocks and a cornfed spacer my ride up front is smoother than it ever was before.

I guess your results may vary...

I am also thinking about going with a spacer lift and was wondering about these brands, (cornfed, revtek and daystar). Are they all pretty much the same or what should I be looking for in this type of lift???

I installed my Cornfed Friday and am happy so far. I replaced the shocks w/ Monroe Sensatracks (no flaming) and it rides pretty damn good. Vast improvement over stock.

All of these spacer lifts are completely different and will produce different results, choose carefully.

Different in where the place the spacers, but the same in that they are a spacer lift.
