Rodents in AC blower!

Rodents in AC blower!
Hi all,
I have a 2006 Tundra 2WD 4DR 4.7L.
Last Sat I went to fire up the truck and the AC/Heater fan was making a horrendous noise.
I could not put it higher than "low" without the whole dash vibrating.
I had to drive it this way for about 3 hours.
The next day I pulled the fan motor from under the passenger seat footwell
and and the fan was full of leaves, twigs and had 2 mangled field mice in it.
I cleaned it out the best I could, shoved a vacuum hose up the vent
and shoved a blower from the vent grill on the upper dash and thought I
got everything out.
The fan now blows quietly without any issue. But now 3 days later
the fan is blowing some serious stink out of the vent.
I think I may have left either another animal or animal parts behind.
Question is, where should be looking for some trapped debris or animal?
I've already reached up into the fan shaft and cleaned everything I could
feel out.
Is it possible for an animal to have gotten beyond the cabin filter??
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Thank you!

I am not sure about the 06 models, but on the older ones you can pull the wipers and then the cowl and on the passenger side is where it drops down to the blower assembly. You might be able to remove the blower and get up to the cowl area. Would suggest removing glove box. I have never worked on a newer truck like yours but you get alot cleaned out that way.

Thanks for the input.
It's at my mechanics at the moment.
The dead mouse stink is not the worst of it.
I think they chewed the harness to the Knock sensors.
I'm throwing a code for a bad knock sensor or open circuit.
The cylinder head has to come off to get to it.....sigh...
Those bugger mice!
