front bumper

I want to get a new front bumper. But I'm a poor college student so I can't afford to buy a new one from ARB. So I was wondering if anyone has any good pictures of T100 bumpers from the aftermarket. I have the time to do it and the skill to make it, I just don't know what I want it to look like. Any suggestions are welcome. I need to get rid of my original because it look like crap and the plastic is torn up. Pics would be really nice or just a web site.

Well, lucky for you they don't make an ARB bumper for the T100 since you can't afford one anyway. The only aftermarket bumper available for the T100 is from TJM, and you can't use a winch with it anyway!

Here's a couple posts with pictures for ideas:

Adam's Bumper
Surlynkid's Bumpers

Kookadala's bumper is where I plan to start. I'm hoping to do mine from aluminum. A winch isn't in my future and I'd like to not weigh down the front end too much. I just want the front end protection as well as the better entry angle. Plus, aluminum won't rust! I'll go steel though if I can't get a good deal on the aluminum (I have one worked out right now, but it is somewhat tenuous).

Regards,
Joel

Cool thanks. I really like Adam's bumper. I would just make a skid plate that goes to the differential holder. Hmm something to think about on my 100 mile commute each day. I might need a BIG push bumper after this weekend because of the hurricane heading my way to push stuff out of my way.
