2003 4.7l performance

what kind of parts do yall recomend for my truck. its an 03 sr5 v8 4x4. im throwing a 4.5 lift on it from tuff country along with saome 33's and want some more power to help turn all that meat. i saw gibson headers and a few more companies that make full cat backs but anythin in the way of ecm tuners and maybe some engine parts (cams, pulleys) any help would be appreciated.

for that much might aswell go with the sts turbo set up. or rebuild the engine with forged internals and a nice port and polish job.
