FJ40 information

Hi
I have located a 1972 FJ40 that I would like to purchase from an individual. So far, he has not set a price, but wanted an offer. I am asking for any ideas about what such a beast would be worth. It is all original, owner says it runs, but has not been driven recently. Odometer shows 25k, has good tread on the tires, but are weather cracked. The body has rust, floor boards are rusted through.
Any ideas??
Thanks
Rod

Hard to say with just a description

1972:
Drum brakes all 4 wheels, 2 wheel cyls per wheel.
3 speed trans (floor or column shift?)
Hard or soft top?
Winch?

Body parts are avail from various places, most are spendy.
