ivbeenrokd's 3rd gen 4runner build
Okay, I'll get pics in a few days, but here's the details for now:
1998 4runner Limited with 219,000 on the odometer. My dad bought this in 2000 with about 50k on it and I bought it from him December 2009 with about 217k on it. When I bought it from him it was completely stock other than some OME 906 rear coils and some Rancho 9000 shocks that we put on a few years ago to level it out. Here's where it stands now:
Front Suspension:
Bilstein 5100 2.5" struts
new bushing kit for the steering and sway bar
Rear Suspension:
OME 890 coils
Bilstein 5100 shocks with adapters
panhard drop bracket
custom sway bar drop brakets
Tires:
BFG 255/85/15 MT's (factory wheels for now)
Other:
1" Toytec body lift
1" Toytec diff drop
Spidertrax wheel spacers
Husky Liners front, rear, and cargo
Warn 9.5 XP winch with in-cab controls
Lighting:
2001 headlight and marker light assemblies
Vision X superwhite bulbs
PIAA 4" ATP lights (in the front bumper)
Electronics:
Cobra in-dash CB with Firestick antenna
Pioneer Premier CD Deck
JL HD 5 channel amp (100x4 and 500x1)
JL C-2 front 6.5s
JL C-2 rear 5.25s
JL 12" 3v3 sub in HO enclosure
Armor:
Shrockworks from bumper
Shrockworks sliders
Stock rear bumper for now, but I do have some metal to make one

Okay, I don't have the front bumper and accessories on yet. The CB wiring and antenna need to be done, and I'm going to remove the rear hitch too. I should have all of that done this week because we're hitting the trail Saturday.

Update from Thursday night's work:
New sway bar end links, bushings, and brackets on the front.
Installed Shrockworks front bumper with lights (lights aren't wired yet) and winch. I had to mount the solenoid on top for now, but I'm going to get some new cables and put it under the hood.
Remove rear hitch.
Replaced stock spare with matching spare. I was surprised to find I didn't have to do any mods for it to fit. I do intend to raise the crossmember it mounts to a couple of inches to gain more clearance.
Got it aligned yesterday and took it to the muffler shop to get the Dynomax Super Turbo installed with a new pipe from the Cat back.
Still need to wire the CB, front turn signals, and adjust the headlights.
Going trail riding today, so I'll post some pics from that.

Okay, here's some pics from today's ride. Overall everything went well. The 4runner did good considering it's open front and rear. I did discover at the end of the ride that my air gauge is not reading correctly. I thought i had 13-14psi in the tires and I actually had 20-21 so I'm anxious to take it out again to see how it does with lower pressure.
As stated before, the winch solenoid is not staying on top of the bumper, it's just temporary.
The pic of the Jeep is my dad's.
