wierd, sounds like its missing a part. when i got my idler it was complete ready to install . talk to the seller did they tell you it wasnt complete?

I don't think that it's a replacable part. I broke mine right there on my last trip out. The stud almost pulled completely out of the arm. It was barely driveable and I had to limp my rig back home. Sounds like you got sort of screwed by the seller.
